Customers are coming to tour this house (who have bought property out in Water’s Edge). Furthermore, people are wanting to see this project. It’s already attracting eyes – and it isn’t even done yet!
Not only did the work-flow and technical construction conclude within 100 days, but some other personal life events all converged onto the house's completion ahead-of-schedule; way before anyone thought it could happen. The point is, at Grant's Roofing & Construction, the stories of which we are a part; and the projects we complete are inherently rewarding. They mean the world to the families and folks with whom we work.
One of the other parties involved in bringing together the members of the project knew a certain sub-contractor. And upon that suggestion, and the ways things worked out — the house was built within 100 days.
It all comes down to *PEOPLE*.
It’s great to see how Grant’s Roofing maintains this sort of intra-company and inter-company relationships with its subcontractors, and all stakeholders with whom we work, on our jobs.
In fact, a plumber with whom we work coordinated the beginning of this project. He informed of us of a couple from out in Water's Edge who – after they see the house – "will want one of their own"!
